Our 100% organic flour comes from Lindley Mills, a NC flour mill since 1755.
We create exquisite wedding cakes, mouthwatering bite-size desserts and memorable favors, including our famous chocolate covered apples and Pure Vermont Maple cookies.

About the Owner
My name is Marie-France Eloi and I am the owner of Cuisine Lucette. For as long as I can remember I have had a passion for baking and creating delicious sweets. I grew up in Belgium and moved to America 24 years ago. I lived in Vermont where I raised my three kids. This is when I started Cuisine Lucette and grew my business. Since, I’ve since been recognized as one of the Top 100 Cake Decorators in the country by Brides Magazine. More recently, my family has relocated to North Carolina and we are loving the warmer weather and extended wedding season. I am excited to bring my gourmet cakes and desserts to the Raleigh/Durham area in North Carolina. |
