What to choose from?
Moist chocolate cake, vanilla or lemon pound cake, intense almond cake.
Deep chocolate truffle torte (flour-less), our favorite!!
Carrot and almond cake.  The ground up almonds give this one a nice crunch.
Hazelnut genoise, light and airy.
 
Dark or white chocolate mousse
Red fruits mousse.  Very refreshing in the summer.
Lemon curd
Jams, homemade or store bought.
Buttercreams: vanilla, mocha, chocolate...
 
All our cakes are made to order.  We use Vermont dairy products as well as fine european chocolates.  Whenever possible, we use local, in season fruits.
